What is included
- Diagnosis from your nozzle test print — you get the verdict before any money moves.
- Full clean of the printhead and the ink path.
- Replacement of damaged sectors. The head has 14; we replace the ones that are actually dead, not all of them.
- Refill with new original HP ink, not with what was left in the head.
- Test print after assembly, sent to you with the head.
What is not
- A nozzle plate with physical damage — scoring or contact damage cannot be rebuilt, and that head needs replacing.
- The machine's ink delivery system. If the fault came from upstream (filter, line, pressure), that is a separate job — and we will tell you, because otherwise the rebuilt head fails the same way.

Questions people ask before ordering
What does the $1,500 cover?
The whole rebuild: clean, replacement of the damaged sectors, refill with new original HP ink, and a test print. It is one price for the job, not per sector.
How do you know how many sectors are dead?
From the nozzle test print. The head has 14 sectors, and a dead one shows as a continuous band of missing print in the same place on every copy.
What if the head cannot be rebuilt?
Then we say so instead of taking the job. Physical damage to the nozzle plate is the one failure mode nothing recovers, and in that case you need a replacement head — we supply those too.
Why refill with original HP ink and not your own?
A rebuild is a controlled starting point: original ink removes one variable while the head is proven on the test print. Which ink you run in production afterwards is a separate decision.
